After School Swim

We are offering a special swim time for students after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The pool will be open from 3:15-5:00 PM.  If this is a popular activity we will continue the hours through the winter months.  Cost is $1.00.  Punch cards will be available to those who would like to pay ahead. The Elementary School office must be notified either by phone or a note stating that your child will not be riding the bus home that day.  286-3304.  (Elementary Office)

Water Exercise

 

The Water Exercise class is a low impact, fun program using aqua jogger floatation belts.  These belts open up a new world of fitness for people of all ages and levels of fitness.  No swimming ability is required.  The purpose of this class is to increase flexibility and tone, strengthen muscles and increase endurance.  Range of motion activities, especially in warm water, can be particularly beneficial for people with arthritis, injuries and joint or back pain.
