Utilize the forms below to report a student's absence or for appointments that necessitate a student missing part of the school day. It is important to report any student absence by the start of the school day!

This bussing change form is for daily changes ONLY.  AM changes need to be made NO LATER THAN 6:00am and PM changes need to be submitted NO LATER THAN 2:30pm (1:45pm on Wednesdays)!  If you need to make a permanent change to your student's transportation please call the Elementary or MS/HS office.
